Welcome to the team, Brittany!
Born and raised in Hocking Hills and a graduate of Logan High School, Brittany Richards moved to Mansfield six years ago to be closer to her family. As her kids were starting to get older, Brittany decided to attend Hondros College of Business to obtain her real estate license. Real estate seemed like a perfect fit for her, as she has always loved looking at homes for sale, and she enjoys helping her clients fulfill their dream of owning a home.
“Being a part of the buying and selling process of a home is so rewarding. It’s always a privilege to be a part of seeing someone’s dream come true, whether it’s their first home or their fifth. There’s so much excitement that is shared, and I look forward to taking part in this process with The Holden Agency and continuing my career with the team of agents,” remarked Richards.
Jerry Holden, CEO of The Holden Agency, expressed great excitement for his team’s newest addition. “We at The Holden Agency are excited to have Brittany join our team! Brittany is coming from a traditional real estate company, and we look forward to training and watching Brittany’s success. I’m confident she’ll become a top selling agent with her dedication and determination.”
Brittany and her husband have two children. She is an avid runner and will be running in the Chicago Marathon this October. She also recently started her own photography business and enjoys being behind the camera. In her free time she loves to hike, travel and spend time with her family.

Jerry Holden, of The Holden Agency, featured on Inman News
The Hustle & Grind
On Wednesday, April 5, Jerry Holden was featured on Inman News, an online Real Estate news publication in “My big break: 7 top producers on the moment that changed it all” by Gill South.
Jerry recalled his “moment” from a deal started before he opened The Holden Agency in 2013. He commented that the the “hustle and grind” attributed to making this $1.4 million deal go through. This sale included finding a buyer for an apartment building and driving 2.5 hours away to find the current owner of the building. Holden knocked on the front door and asked if he would be willing to sell his property and received the reply, “Anything is for sale.”
