The Hustle & Grind
On Wednesday, April 5, Jerry Holden was featured on Inman News, an online Real Estate news publication in “My big break: 7 top producers on the moment that changed it all” by Gill South.
Jerry recalled his “moment” from a deal started before he opened The Holden Agency in 2013. He commented that the the “hustle and grind” attributed to making this $1.4 million deal go through. This sale included finding a buyer for an apartment building and driving 2.5 hours away to find the current owner of the building. Holden knocked on the front door and asked if he would be willing to sell his property and received the reply, “Anything is for sale.”
He got the offer out of his vehicle and later closed the deal. He commented, “Right there I knew that this company was going to survive and flourish.”
Other top producers included in the article were Stephen Shapiro, the chairman of Westside Estate Agency in Los Angeles, Kris Lindahl of the Kris Lindahl Team from Re/Max Results, Minnesota, Ben Hirsh, broker owner of Hirsh Real Estate in Buckhead, Atlanta, Nina Hatvany, Pacific Union International’s leader of The Hatvany Team, Amy Kite, The Amy Kite Team, Keller Williams Infinity Chicago, and Lisa Archer, Live Love Homes Keller Williams, Charlotte, North Carolina.
