The Holden Agency is excited to announce that it has added Missy Butts to its growing team of Real Estate Agents.

Missy was raised in Ashland where she graduated from Ashland High School and the Ashland County West Holmes Career Center.  She was a senior in high school when she started in real estate answering phones part time for a real estate company.  She then was a marketing coordinator, listing coordinator, property manager as well as a personal assistant to the broker.  She received her real estate license in 2007 from Hondros Real Estate College and started to practice as a property manager.   She also received her Property Management Specialist Certification.  She comes to the Holden Agency after working in different aspects of real estate for over 27 years.

While she also plays an active role in the community at United Way of Ashland, Missy chose to join The Holden Agency to continue her professional career in real estate and further pursue her passion for sales. “I believe my strong background knowledge can help serve my clients for any property they are considering purchasing or selling,” Missy stated. “I love working with people and seeing their joy when receiving the keys to their new home!  My other passion is decorating so I love to give clients ideas for transforming their home.”

Jerry Holden, President of The Holden Agency, is encouraged by all that Missy is bringing to the agency. “We are excited for Missy to join our team! Having another experienced agent on our team will help to further expand our footprint in Ashland. Agents have really taken to our team approach and our customers absolutely love it!”

Missy has 2 children, Cody and Madison. She enjoys spending her free time with friends and decorating her new home that she just purchased in Mansfield.

Missy is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, and the Ashland Board of Realtors.
