Richelle SchunatzRichelle (Smart) Schunatz is a lifelong resident of Richland County. Graduating from Plymouth High School, she furthered her education by attending Ashland University (Nutrition and Wellness), North Central State College (Early Childhood Education, Business), and Hondros College (Real Estate). Richelle has a passion for real estate, as an investor herself (along with much of her family). She has been in real estate just shy of 15 years.

Richelle owned and operated Clique Boutique, which was opened from 2012-2015, where she made primitive home décor. She then decided to dedicate her time at home with her three children: Brooklyn, Dillon, and Addisyn. Within this time, her family got a lot of media attention from a video that went viral, as you watched her son sweep 100’s of cicadas off of their front porch.

She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is to be a part of the family at The Holden Agency as the positive energy and team effort has proven to be prime!

Richelle is a part of the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, and Mansfield Board of Realtors.
