The Holden Agency is proud to announce the addition of Todd Ivy to it’s expanding team of real estate agents.

Todd is a native of the Richland County area. After graduating from Lexington High School, Todd joined the United States Air Force where he trained in Anchorage, Alaska. After the military, Todd went to work for Rocket Cheverolet where he spent the better part of 10 years working in the car business. Ready for a new challenge, Todd received his real estate salesperson license in the Spring of 2015 and has recently joined The Holden Agency.

Todd specializes in both buying and selling; whether it be navigating the way for first-timers, trying to acquire that perfect distressed property, or providing help in the luxury market. “I think that working hard for my clients, being charismatic, and having a true passion for this business have really help my reputation as a qualified realtor to grow quickly,” Todd stated. “My experience and familiarity with the local area are leverageable assets for both buyers and sellers as we help them to be successful.”

Jerry Holden, owner of The Holden Agency, expressed his excitement for his team’s newest addition. “It’s great to have Todd join our team! He has been extremely successful from the very get-go in his real estate business. He will certainly be an asset for our team and our clients.”

Todd is a member of The Ohio Association of Realtors, the Mansfield Board of Realtors, and NEOHREX/YES MLS. He currently resides in Ontario with his wife Amy, their two boys Jax and Austin, and dog Archie. They fill their free time golfing, enjoying Ohio State football, spending time with friends and family, and vacationing in Destin, Florida.
